Delivery & Returns

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ascended Soul Ltd. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Returns Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates within the UK

Standard Super Saver Delivery (3-5 working days) is free of charge within the UK on orders over the amount of £15. This is due to us selling lower priced items such as Tumbled stones etc. It would not be financially viable for us to ship these free of charge. We thank our customers for their understanding on this matter.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method

Items will be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail or a private courier service.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to periods of high demands. Delays can occur outside of our control that effect the shipping service we have used such as Royal Mail or a private Courier company. This can be weather related issues which are out of our control and which we are not responsible for.

Ascended Soul Ltd ships to addresses world wide. International shipping is priced dependent on location, please contact us for a quote.


We regretfully advise that we don't ship to PO Box addresses. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ascended Soul Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



Ascended Soul Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. International shipping is dependent on location. Please contact us prior to ordering for a quotation of postage.


We are happy to refund any item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging with its receipt within 14 days or for items purchased in a sale, within 7 days. A refund will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item printed on the receipt. Postage costs will not be refunded.

We regret we don't currently offer exchanges.

The customer is liable for the postage costs to return items to us.
