Dream Catcher Affirmations, Manifestations & Gratitude Journal

Use this Journal to record all of your daily affirmations, manifestations and gratitude.
At the end of the year you can look back through your Journal and see all the things that you have manifested into your life.
Here are 7 easy steps to help you to manifest:
Step 1: Decide what you want - Be clear in what it is you want to manifest
Step 2: Ask the universe - Use visualisations, meditation, vision boards and prayer
Step 3: Work toward your goals - Write up to 3 things daily that you can do to help you achieve your goals
Step 4: Trust the process - Don't become discouraged or frustrated. When we question manifestation, we are asking the universe to prove to us it doesn't work
Step 5: Receive and acknowledge what you get - When we acknowledge what we receive the universe will send us more. Write down in this journal at the end of each day what you received. Be open to signs also
Step 6: Keep Your Vibration High - What we send out to the universe is what we get back. Send out good and it will come right back. Spend time doing things you like to keep your vibrations high
Step 7: Clear your resistance - Don't let anxiety, fears or frustrations creep in
How to do Affirmations:
Daily affirmations are to the mind what exercise is to the body.
Repeating affirmations daily helps us to reprogram the unconscious mind for success and abundance.
It helps eliminate negative and limiting beliefs and transforms your comfort zone from a limited one keeping you trapped in mediocrity to a more expanded one where anything is possible. Begin to replace “I can’t’” with “I can,” and replace your fears and doubts with confidence and certainty.
Guidance for Affirmations:
Start with the words "I am." These are the two most powerful words in the English language
Always use the present tense
Be positive. Affirm what you want
Keep it brief
Make it specific
Include an action word ending with ‘ing’
Include at least one emotion or feeling word
Make affirmations for yourself, not others
For example: you could say, "I am so happy that I am now earning £100,000 a year."
